All our care staff receive practical, face-to-face training covering core areas such as safeguarding, moving and handling, medication awareness, infection control, and more.

We also provide regular opportunities for refresher training and CPD development – because we believe outstanding care starts with continuous learning.

Ongoing support - 24/7

You’re never alone. Our 24/7 on-call support team is here for you around the clock. Whether you need guidance during a shift or help with logistics or reporting, someone is always just a phone call away.

Inductions with heart

We provide every new team member with a comprehensive induction, so you feel prepared and welcomed from day one.

We’ll introduce you to our brand values, explain your rights and responsibilities, and make sure you’re confident before you step into a care setting.

We’re particularly proud that all our staff are mental health first aid trained.
