At Ocala Recruitment, we provide Care Assistants and Support Workers in Suffolk, Norfolk, and North Essex. Our team supports care providers with ad-hoc shifts to cover sickness, annual leave, and recruitment shortfalls.

With a team of over 70 experienced Care Assistants and Support Workers, we’re able to respond quickly when you need support. We’re on-call 24/7, so there’s always one of our friendly office team at the end of the phone, ready to do everything we can to cover your shift.

Our commitment to providing safe and effective staff is what sets Ocala Recruitment apart. We understand the importance of working with compliant staff and corporate partners to protect those using care services and their providers.

All Ocala Recruitment staff have a minimum of 6 months’ care experience, so you can be confident they can step into a role and hit the ground running. Our team brings a wide range of experience, from dementia and autism support to complex care, and working in agency roles only broadens their skills even further. We also take the time to match staff to your service based on their skills and experience, ensuring the best possible fit for your needs.

Absolutely. The only way to build trust and rapport is by providing the same carers repeatedly. When relationships are built, better care is provided. Therefore, we work logistically to provide the most consistent service we possibly can.

At Ocala Recruitment, we value our care and support team. Our appreciation is shown through our events and paying the real living wage as set by the Living Wage Foundation. We also value having a shared passion for care and a commitment to providing the safest and most effective agency care service possible.

This means that we aren’t the cheapest, but here’s the good news. We’re also not the most expensive! Best value means getting a service that’s worth more than you paid, and so often, the cheapest solutions are ill-fitting and unreliable.

We are middle of the road in costings, but deliver the best value for service. Starting from £21.49 per hour.
