What qualifies us to redefine agency care?

When we started Ocala Recruitment, we knew we wanted to make a difference in the world of care employment. Our journey began as agency carers ourselves, where we experienced the best and worst aspects of care work.

On the one hand, we had the flexibility we needed to balance our work and personal lives, but we also had to deal with frustrating practices such as ridiculous admin fees just for receiving a payslip, and missing out on holiday pay. These experiences motivated us to find a better way to do things, and to make sure other agency carers don't have to put up with these unfair practices.

We also worked in recruitment and domiciliary care coordination after our hands-on care work, which gave us a well-rounded perspective of the care industry. It allowed us to develop the skills necessary to coordinate effectively and to excel in recruitment.

What makes us different to the normal recruitment agency?

At Ocala Recruitment, we pride ourselves on our competence and understanding of the care industry, but more importantly, we are passionate about making a positive impact on people's lives. We genuinely believe that caring for those who need us is one of the most rewarding jobs in the world, and we want to help create a care industry that is professional, prestigious, and pays its workers what they deserve.

We understand that there are many challenges facing the care industry today, and we know that we alone can't solve all of them. However, we are committed to doing everything we can to make a difference. We operate based on our values of putting people before profit and always striving to improve.

We believe that Ocala Recruitment can redefine agency care by delivering on our promises, maintaining our integrity, and constantly pushing ourselves to do better. We hope that by setting an example, we can inspire others to join us on this journey to make the care industry a better place.

So, do we have all the answers? Of course not. But we are willing to try, and we believe that with our passion, dedication, and hard work, we can make a meaningful impact.
